• Prices are listed in INR and may include/exclude taxes.

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

We maintain strict hygiene standards. Customers with allergies must verify ingredients before ordering.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled by the customer, as food is prepared fresh.

• Restaurant closure
• Technical or pricing errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The restaurant cancels the order
• Payment is deducted but order not confirmed
• Incorrect item delivered or order not delivered
